Unreal Engine Generalists/Artists

Unreal Engine is often associated with gaming, but we’re looking for Unreal 3D Generalists / Artists to put their knowledge of this software to work on the projects in our pre-and post-production pipeline.
Our industry is demanding high-quality outputs, and high-end production-level renders are always going to be the aim. UE Generalists/Artists must have extensive knowledge of production pipelines and must be able to execute projects from beginning to end on the art side. Since Unreal Engine’s strength lies in real-time rendering capacity, having strong knowledge of dynamic lighting, optimizations, and shading is a must.
Key responsibilities
- Able to carry a project by yourself and in a team
- Understand both the brief and the client’s needs completely
- Generate and develop artistic ideas
- Deadline oriented
- Produce high-quality scenes/objects
Background & Skills
- Must have used UE for High-end Productions over the last 2-3 years
- Must be at an advanced stage in Lighting and shading inside UE
- Must be a good problem solver
- Teamwork skills
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, Dutch is a plus
- Ability to learn quickly and share knowledge
- Intrinsic curiosity
- Self-motivated

- Time-management skills
