Unreal Engine Developers

Unreal Engine is often associated with gaming, but we’re looking for Unreal 3D Developers to put their knowledge of this software to work on the projects in our pre-and post-production pipeline for live entertainment and broadcast. .
Our industry is demanding high-quality outputs, and cinematic production-level is always going to be the aim. UE Developers must have extensive knowledge of production pipelines and must be able to execute projects from beginning to end on the technical side.
Key responsibilities
- Work directly with artists and designers to create tools to raise the level of our productions
- Collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team to build spectacular new technology and tools
- Able to carry a project by yourself and in a team
- Work on resolving issues in Unreal Engine code and optimize real-time performance
- Implement / design Unreal Engine plugins
- Deadline oriented
Background & Skills
- Passion for software development – we expect you to love writing and maintaining code
- Experience with Unreal Engine 5, Unreal profiling tools, Blueprints, C++. Python is a nice addition as well.
- Familiar with building processes, compiler tool chains and content pipelines for large games
- Optimization skills for both code and assets
- Must be a good problem solver
- Teamwork skills
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, Dutch is a plus
- Ability to learn quickly and share knowledge
- Self-motivated
- Attention to details
- Time-management skills
