About The Role
We are seeking a skilled 2.5D / 3D Compositorwith strong Fusion or Nuke expertise. You will craft complex composites that combine rendered content, live-action plates, 2.5D setups, and CG integration. This role demands both technical precisionand artistic eye, ensuring visuals hold up at cinematic scale and in large live environments.
Key responsibilities
- Composite 2D/2.5D and 3D elements in Fusion or Nuke for live and cinematic projects.
- Integrate CG renders, real-time content, and live-action footage.
- Perform keying, tracking, roto, and cleanup as needed.
- Build 3D compositing setups(camera projections, particle passes, 3D relighting).
- Work closely with CG, VFX, and real-time teams to ensure seamless results.
- Optimize composites for large-scale LED volumes and live event outputs.
Background & Skills
Qualifications
- Strong portfolio of Fusion or Nuke compositing work.
- Solid experience with 2.5D / 3D compositing techniques.
- Understanding of lighting, color, and integration of CG with live action.
- Strong problem-solving skills in tracking, roto, and keying.
- Ability to deliver cinematic-quality compositesunder tight deadlines.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Unreal Engine integration for comp workflows.
- Experience with stereoscopic or multi-screen compositing
- Background in live events, broadcast, or film pipelines.
Senior-Level Expectations
- Lead compositing direction across complex sequences.
- Mentor compositors and set workflow/quality standards.
- Collaborate with directors to push visual style and innovation
